A Colorado girl has alleged that an Oklahoma City man molested her while they were in Alva in 2013. She was nine at the time.

Ernesto Romero Carpio, 65, of Oklahoma City was charged April 25 with three felonies in Woods County District Court. He is charged with two counts of lewd molestation, each punishable by imprisonment for three to 20 years. He is also charged with rape by instrumentation, punishable by imprisonment for not less than five years to life without parole. A warrant for his arrest was served on April 26, and he has posted an appearance bond. His next court date is June 12.
