Alfalfa County man charged after stolen property recovered

 


An Alfalfa County man has been charged in a theft that dates back to 2016. William T. Tucker, 39, of Jet was charged April 25 with knowingly concealing stolen property. He is charged with concealing a Komatsu Excavator, an Arctic Cat UTV and a John Deere zero turn mower that had been reported stolen and alleges he knew or had reasonable cause to believe had been stolen. This crime is punishable by imprisonment in the state penitentiary not to exceed five years or in the county jail not to exceed one year, or by a fine not to exceed $500, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
