Participants in the Big Kansas Road Trip passing through Barber County this weekend should plan their stop in Kiowa this Saturday, May 5. Kiowa holds their 44th Annual Pioneer Days that day so there should be more fun activities than our ancestors ever thought possible.

Besides Pioneer Days, there is a big soccer tournament that will be played at the high school. Over 20 teams are expected to be in town for the event.
