The one thing I am scared of the most is snakes. I honestly despise snakes with a passion. Everyone tells me "just touch it" or "they're not that bad." Okay, they might not be bad to some people but knowing my luck, I'll go touch that scaly little alien and it will bite me.

My grandfather likes to go snake hunting; even my little four year old brother likes it. Me on the other hand? NO! I will open the snake box for him when he catches one but I absolutely refuse to get too close, touch, or even catch a snake.

My friend, Nate, has tried to get me to overcome my fear by hugging me while the scaly alien is on his shoulders, getting me to touch it, and putting it in my lap. Nothing will ever get me over my fear of snakes.
