No plea in Baker rape trial

• Plea agreement taken off the table

 


A court appearance in the rape trial for Caleb Baker, 23, of Alva on Wednesday, May 9, was listed as a plea hearing, but it turned out to be more negotiating by attorneys.

Baker was charged on May 9, 2016, with five felonies including first degree rape, two counts of lewd or indecent proposals to a child under 16, and two counts of forcible sodomy (Woods County CF-2016-31).
