Alva woman charged with trespassing

Alva police were called to the Beadles Nursing Home on April 14 about 4:30 p.m. in reference to a trespasser. Officer Kris Franta responded.
According to court documents, Franta met with Dayna Jordan who took him to a resident’s room. There he observed a woman identified as Jennie Borneman and her child in the room.
Jordan, Borneman and Franta went to Jordan’s office to discuss the situation. Jordan advised that Borneman had been previously issued a trespass warning for the property.
