SHAWNEE – Four Oklahoma Baptist University baseball players were selected for inclusion on the 2018 Division II Collegiate Commissioners Association All-Region team, it was announced Friday.
Jake Gozzo earned the distinction of First Team outfielder, while catcher Juan Gonzalez, third baseman Zane Gelphman and outfielder Brett Berghammer were Second Team picks.
Gozzo, a junior from Redland, California, was a First Team All-Great American Conference selection and is hitting .337 with 12 home runs and 46 RBIs.
