Alva Review-Courier -

The Alva High School Baccalaureate Service was held Sunday evening, May 20, at Memorial Audiotorium. The event, hosted by the Ministerial Alliance, normally provides a preacher from their membership. This year, they voted to ask three seniors to bring the devotional address. Each spoke about five minutes: from left, Callie Duncan, T.W. Bieswanger and Shadi Nettles. The service also included two songs by members of Electric Gold entitled "Fly Away Home" and "I Believe," under the direction of Kenneith McIntosh.
