Woods County Cooperative Extension to offer Child Care/Babysitting Clinic

 


The Woods County OSU Cooperative Extension Service will be holding a babysitting/child care clinic for all interested area youth ages 10-13 years of age, according to Susan Holliday, extension educator for Family and Consumer Science/4-H Youth Development.

The clinic will be held on Thursday, June 7, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Alva Public Library. The registration fee will include supplies, snacks and lunch.

Speakers will be discussing the safety measures that must be followed in order to provide safe and adequate child care. Topics will include: first aid, stranger danger, nutritious snack...
