Another continuance for Alva man accused of rape

 


The 23-year-old Alva man accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old male back in 2013, was granted another continuance on his case after making a court appearance last Wednesday. Caleb Baker faces five felony charges, including one count of rape in the first degree, two counts of lewd or indecent proposals to a child under 16, and two counts of forcible sodomy. His defense team, Mack Martin, Amber Martin, and Larry Bays filed a motion for dismissal last month after their client’s status hearing.
