• Woods County – 80 percent, $10,481,416.23

• Woods County Health Department – $730,737.56

• Alva School District – 90 percent, $18,691,697

• Waynoka School District – 90 percent, $16,934,217.40

• Freedom School District – 80 percent, $2,155,8808.80

• NW Career Tech – 90 percent, $12,168,460

• Town of Freedom – 90 percent, $141,757.36

• Town of Dacoma – 90 percent, $329,895.73
