The USD 255 Board of Education met for its year-end meeting on Thursday, June 21, at 7 a.m.

A budget hearing was held on the amended budget for KPERS expenditures and transfers, and the amended budget was then approved.

The board also approved current bills and year end expenditures for supplies, equipment, textbooks and site licenses. All other remaining unencumbered cash balances were transferred to accounts to zero out the General Fund balance.

Two executive sessions were also held with no action taken. The meeting adjourned at 7:51 a.m....
