Activity at an Alva residence drew the attention of a police officer. After stopping a vehicle leaving the house and talking to residents at that address, the officer obtained a search warrant. Three people are facing charges in connection with drugs and paraphernalia. A fourth person was arrested but no charges were filed as of press time.
