With a building site secured and a schematic design on paper, the Alva Arena Authority took the next step toward building a local arena. Trustees met with representatives of Priefert Complex Designs and Timberlake Construction on Tuesday.

After determining that all members were present, the trustees approved the financial report that they have $403,060.22 in the bank. They then went into executive session to discuss specific information on the building plans. After returning to open session, they heard sub-committee reports.
