Monday evening the Kiowa District Hospital Board held a special meeting that immediately entered executive session.

President Pat Myers conducted the meeting with all board members present including: Chantae Simpson, Miranda Allen, Jeff Miller and Jim Parker. KDH CFO Janell Goodno also attended.

The board spent near 45 minutes in executive session to discuss contracts and strategic planning. Upon return to open session the board took no action except to adjourn....
