A special meeting was held on July 19 to talk about a proposal from Pioneer Telephone on placement of a cell phone booster in Freedom. Members Terry Smith, Shad Brackin and Clerk Cindy Reed were present and called a quorum. Rolando Galindo was absent.

The three discussed correspondence they received about where the site could and could not be.
