Construction will begin soon on a new apartment building in Alva. Left Frame LLC have begun the dirt work process at the corner of Ninth Street and Oklahoma Boulevard. The Ledge will offer one- and two-bedroom apartments with an open concept. Pre-leasing will begin in the coming months. Left Frame LLC is owned by Clint Newsom of Oklahoma City, Jason Schnebel of Alva and Justin Schovanec of Luther. They have mainly done development work in the Oklahoma City area; however, they now have two projects in Alva.
