"I think he's here today to announce a new MAPS project for Woods County," said Jeff Hickman, former state representative. Amid laughter he yielded the floor to Mick Cornett, former Oklahoma City mayor who will face an August runoff election in the Oklahoma governor's race. Cornett was visiting Bill Johnson Correctional Center (BJCC) in Alva Tuesday afternoon as part of a northwest Oklahoma tour.
