Waynoka FFA competes in Big 3 Livestock Judging

On Monday, July 16, 12 Waynoka FFA and 4-H members traveled to Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa to compete in a sheep judging contest. Then the group traveled to Stillwater for the Big 3 Livestock Judging Contest on the OSU campus for the next three days. On Tuesday they judged sheep, Wednesday cattle and Thursday swine.
The junior FFA team, consisting of Kyler Shepard, Tayen Redgate, Novaly Medrano and Hunter Durkee, placed third on sheep day. Tayen Redgate placed 10th high individual on sheep and fourth on swine. Traben Redgate placed in the Top 25 on swine.
