Fair books and entry tags may be picked up at the Woods County Extension Office located on the ground floor of the Woods County Courthouse.

Poultry and rabbit exhibits and the Oklahoma Home and Community Education Group exhibits will be required to have pre-entry forms filled out, as well as exhibit tags and returned by Friday, Aug. 31, to the OSU Extension Office. Horse show pre-entries are due by noon, Aug. 31.

All poultry and rabbit exhibits must be in place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, for entry and for blood testing.

Other fair exhibits are to be submitted with exhibit tags attached to the item and brought to the fairgrounds by 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 6. All exhibits must be in place at that time unless otherwise specified.

The Floral Exhibit deadline is Thursday, Sept. 6, at 11:30 a.m. with judging at 1 p.m. the same day.

All livestock, including bucket calves, must be in place by 5 p.m. Thursday. Sheep, then cattle, will be weighed and barrow weights submitted at this time.
