Man accused of trying to defeat urine test

An Alva man is facing a misdemeanor charge after he allegedly tried to defeat a urine test. Logan Kyle McClary, 24, is charged with unlawful possession of urine to defeat drug screening.

According to court records, on Aug. 7 McClary was required to report to the Woods County Probation Office by 10 a.m. for a random drug test but failed to do so.

On Aug. 8, McClary reported to the probation office about 8:30 a.m. for his random drug test of the day before.

At 9:05 a.m. McClary attempted to submit a urine sample for testing, and during the collection Matt Carter, probation and parole officer...
