Bronchos Picked Third In MIAA Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Aug. 16) -- Central Oklahoma is tabbed for a third-place finish in the 2018 Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association volleyball race, according to the preseason poll released by the league office Thursday.
The Bronchos of seventh-year head coach Edgar Miraku finished with 92 points in balloting of the conference's 12 head coaches. Nebraska-Kearney topped the poll with eight first-place votes and 108 points, while Missouri Western had two first-place nods and edged UCO for second with 94 points.
