Inmate accused of breaking jail TV screen

An inmate in the Woods County Jail has been charged with a misdemeanor for damaging a flat screen television in the jail area.

David Wayne Tuman, 50, of Alva, is charged with malicious injury to property – under $1,000. This crime is punishable by a fine of up to $500 or imprisonment in the county jail for up to one year, or both.

Tuman has been incarcerated in the county jail since April 22 on criminal felony charges of subsequent domestic abuse assault and battery, and kidnapping.
