South Barber School ready for classes to start Thursday

Some new, some enhanced existing programs to benefit students

In the South Barber School Board article last week, the administrative reports were not included. An updated version of their reports follows. Class starts for South Barber students tomorrow (Thursday, August 23).

Grade 7-12 Principal Brent Shaffer said enrollment at the high school is approximately 65 and 25 at the junior high. That includes five foreign exchange students (four girls and one boy).

Practices for fall sports began Aug. 10. Shaffer said over 70 percent of high school students are involved in athletics.
