Burlington School board and public discuss transportation bond issue, decided in Tuesday election

Enrollment reported at 130 during August board meeting

On Aug. 20, the Burlington Board of Education held a public meeting at 7:30 p.m. to discuss the upcoming transportation bond election that was held this Tuesday, Aug 28. Election results were not yet known at press time.

All the board members and administration were present for that special meeting. Members of the public who attended included Bob Barnett, Sam Schurter, Marci Hyde, Marcelyn Ackerman and Brock Morgan.
