Reported hit and run leads to felony charges

Two men have been charged with taking a vehicle without permission. According to court papers, on Aug. 14 Alfalfa County Deputy TJ Rockenbach received a report of a possible missing vehicle. The vehicle had been involved in a hit and run in Major County on Aug. 13 at the Jiffy Trip in Ringwood.
Major County advised a white pickup with a flatbed ran into a pole in the parking lot and then drove off. The clerk was able to get the number, which was registered to Jack Parr Trust & Junita Parr Trust of Cherokee.
