The Woods County commissioners were all in attendance at Monday’s meeting. Also present were Shelley Reed, Kat Lunn, Sonja Williams and Joe Phillips.

First on the agenda was the approval of payroll, warrants and claims. Hamil, seconded by Smiley, motioned to approve item one. The minutes from the second public hearing special meeting held Aug. 20 and regular Aug. 20 commissioner meeting were motioned for approval by Smiley and seconded by Hamil.
