DENVER, Colo. – The No. 10 ranked Regis University volleyball team (4-3) tamed the Colorado Christian University Cougars (2-6) on the way to a 3-1 win in the first game of day two at Colorado Premier Challenge.

How It Happened:After being plagued with rough first sets on day one, Regis came out firing in the first set against the Cougars, scoring three quick points to start. The Rangers took a 10-4 lead a few minutes later but CCU responded with a run of their own to close the gap. Later on, three-straight CCU errors gave RU a 18-10 lead which forced the Cougars into a timeout. Not much change...
