DONNA JUNE KOEHN

September 7, 2018

Donna was born June 27, 1950, to Boyd Leroy (Tarp) and Bobbie (Estes) Graves, in Alva, Oklahoma. Donna started school in Waynoka, completed the eighth grade at Farry and graduated from Alva High School in 1969. She entered into marriage and to that union two children were born, Kathina Beagley and Clint Beagley. Donna married her beloved husband, Jerry Koehn, February 19, 1982. They blended their families making them a family of six, adding Kimberly and Kelly. They also raised their grandson, Aaron Beagley in their home.

Donna was a hard worker and spent many years working retail. She is widely known in Enid for the years she owned and operated her own wedding and catering business. Upon retiring from her business she enjoyed spending her time with her family. She loved attending sporting events and birthday parties, and gathering her immediate and extended family around the table for holidays and Sunday dinners. Donna had many hobbies, including gardening, cooking, fishing, canning, playing games, quilting and was a farm girl at heart. She and Jerry also traveled together, exploring many foreign places. She was a committed member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and enjoyed many years singing in the choir and serving at the guest center.

Donna had a large family that she loved and served until her death. She is preceded in death by her father, Boyd Leroy (Tarp) Graves; one sister, Connie Hada and one brother, Bob Graves. She is survived by five siblings; Pat Ritter with husband Jack of Enid, Roger Graves with wife Jeanette of Alva, Carolyn Beagley with husband Steve of Enid, Michael Graves with wife Myra of Calumet and Jan Graves of Goltry.

Donna is survived and loved by her immediate family: her husband, Jerry Koehn of Enid; four children, Katina Beagley of Freedom, Clint Beagley with wife Audra of Carrier, Kelly Koehn of Meno and Kimberly Day with husband Jim of Enid; 11 grandchildren, Aaron Beagley of Enid, Tristen Cantellay of Enid, Elizabeth and Elaina Swadley of the home, Ashlyn, Faith, and Anna Kate Beagley of the home, Payton and Madison Koehn of the home, Jill Marie (Day) Reed with husband Jeff of Raleigh, North Carolina, Garrett Day with wife Blair of San Angelo, Texas. She also has eight great grandchildren.

Donna will be remembered as a faithful and loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister who loved her Lord, her family, serving people, and life. Our lives will forever be rich because of hers.

The family will be having a private graveside, then a celebration service held at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Enid, Oklahoma, Monday, September 10, 2018, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Wade Burleson officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, September 9, 2018, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Emmanuel Baptist Church to be used for Forgotten Ministries with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
