MEDICINE LODGE, Kansas – Lewis “Elbert” Wright, 87, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018, at Pratt Rehabilitation and Residence Center in Pratt, Kansas. Elbert was born on November 28, 1930, to John Carroll and Marjorie L. (Raymond) Wright at Medicine Lodge. On June 19, 1956, he married Viola May (Haynes) Wright at Medicine Lodge. She preceded him in death on January 3, 2016.

Elbert was a member of the United Methodist Church in Medicine Lodge and the Medicine Lodge Coffee Club.
