Estate of Florence Louise McCoy establishes scholarships

Florence Louise McCoy's passion for students and education has now been memorialized with two endowed scholarships to benefit students attending Northwestern Oklahoma State University. McCoy's bequest will be shared by two of Northwestern's campuses and named the Florence Louise McCoy Scholarship-Alva Campus and the Florence Louise McCoy Scholarship-Woodward Campus.
