BETHANY, Okla. – For the first time since 2012, the SWOSU Volleyball team left the Sawyer Center victorious after defeating Southern Nazarene 3-1 (25-21, 25-22, 25-27, 25-19) on Tuesday evening in Bethany.

SWOSU controlled the first set, but had to play from behind in the second and third sets. In the second, the Bulldogs trailed 22-17 as Kodee Avery stepped to the service line and served out the set, with the Dawgs scoring the final nine points in total to pull away for the 25-22 set win.
