Alva residents may want to tune in to the weekly Oklahoma Gardening television show produced by the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service. The production crew for Oklahoma Gardening was in Alva last month and filmed several local yard and gardens for the upcoming segments featuring northwest Oklahoma.

The segment that will air today, Sept. 16, will feature the home of Genevieve and Ernie Farris. Other Alva yards will be featured over the next several weekend segments.
