When a man stopped and cited for not wearing a seatbelt failed to appear on his court date in Woods County, his driver’s license was suspended.
On Sept. 7 Woods County Undersheriff Keith Dale was notified by the county district attorney’s office that they received a phone call from a relative of James Hunter Roundtree saying that Roundtree was contesting the citation because he never received a citation in Woods County. Dale also learned Roundtree had been arrested in Bartlesville for driving under suspension and placed in the Washington County Jail.
