RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – A day after winning his first collegiate tournament at the Northeastern State Classic, freshman golfer Francois Jacobs from the Arkansas Tech men's golf team earned Great American Conference Golfer of the Week honors.

Jacobs opened up his Wonder Boy career in record setting fashion as he fired a 201 (-12) to win the NSU Classic by three strokes over Lindenwood golfer Yente Van Doren.
