MONKEY ISLAND, Okla. – Southeastern came out firing on day one of the MSSU Men's Fall Invitational, posting a pair of under-par team scores and finishing the day with a 36-hole, 13-under-par, 563 to lead the event heading into Tuesday's final round.

The team opened with a six-under 282 on the first circuit of the par-72 Shangri-La CC Course, and improved on its second trip around with a seven-under 281, opening up a five-shot lead over Oklahoma Christian in second place.
