Nathan and Cyndi Hosier are now at Cedar Grove Wesleyan Church, where Nathan will take the helm of a church for the first time -- "exciting and scary," he said with a grin.
Nathan Hosier, the new pastor at Cedar Grove Wesleyan Church northwest of Alva, says he couldn't ask for more.
Down miles of country roads – not all of them paved – past rolling green hills dotted with cattle and round bales, and the occasional oil rig or red bluff, the newly built church sits atop a low hill with pastoral beauty as far as the eye can see. To one side a walkway leads through roses and lavender to a pavilion with gorgeous views all around. And just steps away, the Hosiers' cottage-like home seems snugly nestled amid old trees and wide lawns.
