Company approves lease of Waynoka incubator sit

The Woods County Industrial Development Authority (WCIDA) received good news Wednesday. A lease agreement has been approved for the Waynoka business incubator building. The building has been empty for almost two years.

Woods County Economic Development Director Sonja Williams said the Bell Supply board has approved leasing the building for one year at $2,500 per month beginning Nov. 1. The contract has an optional renewal for another year at the same rate. Bell Supply is an oilfield supplier headquartered in Gainesville, Texas.
