Goldbugs undefeated with 27-8 win over Chisholm

The Alva Goldbugs headed to Chisholm Friday determined to break the string of five straight losses to the Longhorns. Alva's Dalton Hess broke loose on the first play of the game to run for a 68 yard touchdown. But the penalty problem that's plagued the Goldbugs cropped up again. The play was called back with Alva cited for holding.

After that, the Alva team shut down the flags and dominated the Longhorns with a decisive 27-8 victory. The Goldbugs are now 5-0 for the season and Chisholm drops to 1-4.
