The Woods County Tax Roll Board held a short meeting Wednesday morning. Members Bob Seivert and Renetta Benson were present. Randy McMurphy was absent.

Benson, who is the county assessor, presented two properties to be designated as tax exempt. The properties, listed by number are located in the Alva school district.

Property No. 211 was listed for $37.00 in taxes and Property No. 212 was listed for $163.00. The board approved changing the designations to tax exempt.

Benson said her office will be freezing the tax rolls soon. After that no changes may be made until after the tax bills have been sent out.
