Cherokee School Board accepts resignation and approves temporary contracts

Cherokee Public School’s Board of Education met Monday evening and kicked off their regularly scheduled meeting by approving items on the consent agenda, including fund encumbrances, purchase orders, fund reports, and a resignation from grade school paraprofessional Joni Van Meter. Administrators moved on to approve the next several agenda items, starting with the creation of activity account #862 for the sixth grade.
