Kiowa District Hospital vice-president Jeff Miller called the regular monthly meeting of the board to order September 27 in the absence of president Pat Myers. Other board members present were: Chantae Simpson, Miranda Allen, and Jim Parker. Also attending were: Robert Whitaker, CEO; Janell Goodno, CFO; John Fonang, Manor Administrator; Mike Hand of Cohesive Healthcare, members of the KDH staff, and members of the public.
