Here’s a concept you may not have given much thought. The Scriptures (and the Old Testament in particular) are full of prophecies. Most of them fall easily into one of two broad categories: general (which have a point action, one-time fulfillment) and typological (which may have both a short-term and a long-term fulfillment).
