Hearing on three more Alva properties

A public hearing will address three more Alva properties to be considered for a declaration of dilapidation. The hearing will be held during the Alva City Council meeting Monday at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers.

The properties and listed owners are 414 Seiling owned by Joyce Oakes, 1437 Young St. owned by Bob Beason and 724 Choctaw owned by Bill Ross. After the hearing where owners and other members of the public may speak, the council will vote on whether to declare the properties dilapidated and a nuisance to be abated.
