WACO, Texas – The Rogers State men's basketball team was picked to finish fourth in the Heartland Conference 2018-19 Preseason Poll as announced by the Heartland Conference on Wednesday (Oct. 17). Senior Saint Hiliare was selected to the 2018-19 Preseason All-Heartland Men's Basketball Team. The poll is determined by votes from the league coaches and sports information directors.
