Members of the Woods County Retired Educators Association (WCREA) met at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 18 at the Alva Public Library Auditorium. Sonja Williams, Woods County Economic Development executive director, and Alva businessman Todd Holder presented a very informative program on the Avard Regional Industrial Rail Park.
