South Barber High School senior Savannah Hughbanks received notification she is a 2018 Wendy’s High School Heisman State Finalist in the fast-food chain's annual scholarship competition. She is one of the 967 students graduating with the Class of 2019 who were selected from a total applicant pool of nearly 42,000 high school scholar-athletes.

Like the Heisman Memorial Trophy, Wendy’s believes in the pursuit of athletic and academic excellence with integrity.
