Billie Parker Rogers, 84 passed away August 21, 2018, in Prescott, Arizona. She was born August 29, 1934. She was an Alva resident from 1934 until 1978.
Billie is survived by her loving husband, Stearns; one daughter; one son; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two half brothers.
Billie's celebration of life will be November 21, 2018, at 1 p.m. in the First Christian Church in Prescott, Arizona.
