The Graceful Arts Gallery in downtown Alva offers an ever changing display of all sorts of art. During November, several Oklahoma artists, both two dimensional and three dimensional, are featured. Six of the artists attended the First Friday Art Walk on Nov. 2 two visit with patrons about their work.

Connie Rish of Guthrie is classically trained so she considers herself more of a realist in style but "there are bits of the impressionist in there," she says. She studied at the Conservatory for Classical Art in Edmond, and has just been showing professionally the last couple of years...
