TAHLEQUAH, Okla. – Three Northwestern Oklahoma State University Lady Rangers basketball team finished in double figures as the Lady Rangers pick up their first win of the season with a 76-71 victory over Northeastern State on Saturday in MIAA/GAC Crossover action.

Northwestern is 1-1 this season after splitting its two games in the crossover, hosted by Northeastern State.
